Ingredients

  • 2 small ripe tomatoes
  • 2 non-spicy green chillies (de-seeded)
  • 3 to 4 garlic cloves 
  • 1 tbsp dry roasted flax seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilly powder small pinch

Instructions

Step 1

Dice two medium ripe tomatoes to equal sized cubes.

Step 2

Dry roast flax seeds on medium flame for a few seconds or till they begin to pop. Switch off the flame and let them cool. 

Step 3

In a grinder, add the diced tomatoes, green chillies, garlic, flax seeds, salt and chilly powder. Grind for a few seconds or till all the ingredients are combined. 

Step 4

Transfer the chutney to an airtight container. 

Step 5

Can be eaten as is or refrigerated upto a day in an airtight continer.
